We are Natacha Lagouge and Arnaud Caffa, high-level athletes and members of the French Ice Sports Federation within the French Ice Dancing team.

Internship in Prague
This summer, we took part in a training camp in Prague dedicated to preparing for the upcoming season.

Breton escape in Brest
A short creative break in Brest with Laurie May, choreographer and wellness coach. This trip allowed us to work on new choreographic ideas while taking care of our physical and mental balance.
